Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of vallissolis.com and our public phone lines, including the AI receptionist demo line, operated by Vallis Solis Consulting LLC (“we”, “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms.
Use of the website and phone lines
You agree to use this website and our phone lines only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with their operation or security.
AI assistants
Our phone lines, demo, and website chat may use an AI assistant that may make mistakes. Information it provides is general and is not a binding quote or commitment. Prices and terms are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement. Calls may be recorded and transcribed as described in our Privacy Policy.
Services, prices, and quotes
Prices shown on this website are our published prices, for general information, and are not an offer. Client services are provided under a separate written proposal or service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Free Lead-Leak Scorecard
The scorecard is provided free, “as is,” for informational purposes. It reflects a limited test at a single point in time and is not a guarantee of results.
SMS terms
Program: Vallis Solis Consulting texts about inquiries, scorecards, appointments, and services. Frequency: varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help, or email info@vallissolis.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Client responsibilities (summary)
Clients using our AI receptionist and texting systems are responsible for having the right to contact their own customers, honoring opt-outs, and following laws that apply to their business, as set out in their service agreement.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Projects are billed 50% as a deposit and 50% at launch, with one round of revisions per milestone. Clients pay third-party costs (for example domain, Shopify, AI or SMS usage, and paid apps) directly in their own name. Strategy Session fees are credited toward a build started within 30 days; Digital & AI Audit fees are credited toward an Automation Sprint or Growth Site. Founding-client terms are set out in the client agreement.
Monthly plans are billed month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, scripts, templates, and design are owned by Vallis Solis Consulting LLC unless stated otherwise. Clients own their website, domain, and accounts. Ownership of other deliverables (for example templates, scripts, and AI configurations) and client data is set out in each client agreement.
Third-party services
Our services rely on third-party software (for example CRM, telephony, SMS, and AI providers). We are not responsible for outages or changes by those providers.
Disclaimer
The website, demo line, and scorecard are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Statistics cited on this site come from the linked third-party sources and have not been independently verified by us.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vallis Solis Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website, demo line, or scorecard.
