Pricing & terms
How much does the AI Front Desk cost?
Setup is $750 and the monthly retainer is $199, which covers tuning, upkeep, a 1-page leads report, and 300 phone minutes per month. Overage is $0.40 per minute. Setup takes 7–10 business days. Texting needs carrier (A2P) registration, and per-message fees are passed through at cost.
Is there a website + AI Front Desk bundle?
Yes. “Get Found + Never Miss a Lead” is a Business Site (up to 5 pages, with Google Business Profile setup) plus the AI Front Desk for $2,000 setup, then $249/mo for Growth Care with AI Front Desk upkeep included (including 300 phone minutes/mo; overage $0.40/min). That’s about $250 off the setup prices bought separately.
What else do you offer, and what does it cost?
Websites: Launch Page $650, Business Site $1,500, Growth Site $2,750. Automation Sprint: $1,250 for 2 workflows, plus $400 per extra workflow. Store Launch with Printify: Etsy $495 or Shopify $1,250, with Store Care at $149/mo. Care plans: Website Care $99/mo or Growth Care $249/mo. Consulting: a 90-minute Strategy Session for $150 (credited toward a build within 30 days), the Digital & AI Audit for $450, or $95/hour.
How do payments and contracts work?
Projects are 50% deposit and 50% at launch, with one round of revisions per milestone. You pay third-party costs (domain, Shopify, AI or SMS usage, paid apps) directly in your own name, and you own your site, domain, and accounts. Monthly plans are month-to-month and can be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.
What is the founding-client offer?
Our first 3 clients get 25% off any build, the first month of any retainer free, and their monthly rate locked for 12 months. In exchange, we ask for a written testimonial, a Google review, permission to publish the project as a case study, and one referral introduction. It stacks with the bundle: 25% off the full $2,000 setup ($500 off), plus the free first month and the 12-month rate lock. It ends after 3 clients or on December 31, 2026, whichever comes first.
What is the free Lead-Leak Scorecard?
It’s an automated check for contractors: one after-hours test call to your main line to see what a customer experiences, a check of how Google and AI tools show your business, and a review count, sent to you as a 1-page PDF. It’s free and you’re not committing to anything. If you want help afterward, the $150 Strategy Session or the $450 Digital & AI Audit is the next step.
How the AI receptionist works
Does the AI receptionist sound robotic?
Today’s AI voices sound natural and conversational, but don’t take our word for it. Our public demo line is opening soon. Until then, book a call and we’ll walk you through how it sounds and works.
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. The receptionist tells callers up front that they are speaking with an AI assistant, and a person is always one step away. In one vendor survey, 80% of consumers said they want that disclosure.
Does it speak Spanish?
Yes. The receptionist answers in English or Spanish. We tune the Spanish greetings and common phrases with you during setup and test them before going live.
Can it hand calls off to me or my dispatcher?
Yes. You decide the rules, for example emergencies, existing jobs, or callers who ask for a person, and those go to your team right away. The AI handles questions, lead capture, and bookings; payments and complaints go to your team.
What happens with emergency calls after hours?
You set the rules. Typically the AI collects the details, marks the lead as urgent, and alerts your on-call person right away so someone can respond.
Setup & your tools
How long does setup take?
AI Front Desk and Automation Sprints take 7–10 business days. Websites take 5 business days (Launch Page, once we have your content), 10 (Business Site), or 15 (Growth Site). Stores take 5 business days for Etsy once we have your artwork, or 10 for Shopify. Rush delivery (half the turnaround) is +25%.
Does it work with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber?
The AI Front Desk captures leads, books into Google Calendar, Calendly, or Cal.com, and alerts you by email. Sending leads into a CRM, a Google Sheet, or field-service software such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber is an Automation Sprint workflow. Whether a direct sync is possible depends on that software and your plan, and we’ll confirm it before you buy.
Do I need to change my phone number?
Usually not. Calls can be forwarded from your existing number when you don’t pick up or after hours, so your customers keep calling the number they already know. We’ll confirm the best setup for your phone provider before you buy.
Do I need a new website?
No. The AI Front Desk works with your current website. If your site is slow or missing, a Launch Page ($650) or Business Site ($1,500) is available, or you can bundle the Business Site with the AI Front Desk for $2,000 setup.
Privacy & compliance
Are calls recorded? What happens to my customers’ data?
Calls and chats can be recorded and transcribed so we can check quality and give you details on every lead. Your customer data is used only to run your system and is never sold.
Is this legal? What about texting rules?
The AI answers inbound calls and chats, and texts go only to people who contacted you or opted in. Business texting is registered with the carriers (A2P 10DLC) and includes opt-out (reply STOP). The FCC treats AI voices as artificial voices under the TCPA, which is why we don’t use the AI for cold outbound calling.

Who is Vallis Solis Consulting?
Vallis Solis Consulting LLC is a Black-owned AI consulting and automation firm founded in Phoenix, Arizona, in June 2025 by Brandon Donatto. Our flagship is the AI Front Desk for home-service contractors, and we also build automations, websites, and online stores for small businesses across the U.S.
Do you only work with contractors?
No. The AI Front Desk and the free scorecard are built first for home-service contractors: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, and pool service. Our websites, Automation Sprints, Store Launch, care plans, and consulting are for any small business.
Do you work with businesses outside Phoenix?
Yes. We’re based in Phoenix, Arizona, and deliver remotely for clients anywhere in the U.S. We don’t have locations in other cities; onboarding, training, and support happen by phone, video, and online. Strategy Sessions can also be in person in the Phoenix metro. See our Locations page for city guides.
