Founded in Phoenix. Built for small business.
Vallis Solis Consulting is a Black-owned AI consulting and automation firm founded in Phoenix, Arizona, in June 2025, serving clients nationwide. Our flagship is the AI Front Desk for home-service contractors; we also build automations, websites, and online stores.
Practical AI, not hype.
Most small businesses already try AI tools, but few have them running inside the business. In one 2026 survey, 76% of small businesses used AI, only 14% had it in core operations, and 73% wanted help putting it in place.

We close that gap with small, fixed-price projects and highly automated delivery, starting with the businesses we can serve best: home-service contractors, from our Phoenix home base and across the U.S. Set up for you, tuned every month, and measured on leads captured.
The name Vallis Solis is Latin for “valley of the sun”, a nod to our Phoenix home.

Our commitments.
Honest AI
Callers are told they’re speaking with an AI assistant, and a person is always one step away. The AI handles questions, messages, and bookings, not payments or complaints.
Bilingual by default
English and Spanish from day one, with Spanish greetings and scripts tuned with you and tested before launch.
Small scopes, fast delivery
Fixed, published prices. Builds in 5–15 business days. 50% deposit, 50% at launch. You own your site, domain, and accounts.
Measured monthly
Monthly plans include a 1-page report: leads captured on the AI Front Desk, analytics on Growth Care, sales on Store Care.
